Shiny!

Beautiful very genuine writing, I loved that this was a very realistic approach to the obviously sensitive topic of rape. Very moving account of Kaylee and Jayne's charaters.

You know, rape fics aren't really my thing, but I like how you didn't go into any detail on it, yet somehow gave your readers the severity of the situation and how terrible it was for Kaylee. Fantastic job.

I am A little suprised but, I liked it. I hate that Kaylee was the victom but, it was showed a nice side of Jayne. Over all a good, short read. Shiny!

Its hard to make rapefics readable but I think you did well. i don't normally read them and will often stop reading a story when it crops up. But this was well written, it was more about friendship and trust. Well done!

You are right, rapefics are prolific and many do suck. I don't think this one fits that category. Plot bunnies rarely cooperate and I think you did a good job with this one. You stayed ic while adding a bit of depth to the characters you were working with. I think you did a good job.

Look, I like to think of myself as a tallented author, I've been told so on many an occasion. But you blow everyone else out of the water.

Seriously.

This story, like, WAS Jayne. Everything, thoughts AND descriptions, were straight out of his head. The style of writing, the expressions, the descriptions. The mannerisms. Jesus, this story is like an episode that just walked off the screen in written form.

I've told people they're great writers, and I always mean it. But you are just amazing. You made me get in Jayne's head, and that wasn't exactly a place I wanted to be until I read this. Now I like him, I usually just want to smack him upside the head. Even though he's hilarious sometimes.

And don't worry about abusing the topic. I'm sure it's been done, but this story didn't abuse it, it saluted it. If any of these stories are worth while reading, this sure is.
