I love XXXholic, it's one of my favorite mangas of all time. I'm always enjoyed a good fanfic featuring Yuuko doing her job as a witch for people and the consequences that follow short after.
Now doing a crossover with the Little Mermaid and using Ursula as a college is a good idea, they are both similar but Yuuko is neutral while Ursula does it for her own ambition and greed.
I must applaud how you kept Yuuko in character and Ursula too, despite how short the story is. I also liked you use Gillyweed from Harry Potter as the trick for Yuuko to breath and visit her, now that is clever :3

Usually I hate crossovers that involve two completely different things, like some doofus putting, say, Peter Pan with Black Butler. But I have to say I found this quite funny.
