This, hopefully, is constructive criticism. Given that the story was posted in 2005, (and I just had a look at one of your newer stories) I hope much of this advice will now be superfluous.

The story is all very rushed: in the first chapter they're already together and Shego has given up her lfe of crime. That's a whole story by itself, but it's not even explained.

Thern there's the major drama of telling Kim that her best friend and greatest enemy are dating (and her reaction) is pretty much skipped over (Ron's parents even more so), and after a few weeks of dating, suddenly Shego's pregnant. Explaining that to Ron's family is also skipped over. I feel like I'm reading the trailer, not the story.

(Also, “What is it, Ron? Are you gay?” Where did that come from?)

Kim's angst over Ron loving Shego would be another whole story, a very interesting one if done right. A few lines doesn't cut it. Speaking of cutting, Kim goes home and slashes her wrists? It's the biggest wall banger in the story (see /Main/WallBanger) and so out of character you have to start to wonder if this is all a subtle parody.
