Ah that was a good story Pizzazz had some good moments especially with Ba Nee. Lov ed how she ignored Riot she really was gung ho over him too much in the series. Good work.

Poor Pizzazz. She is so much more of an orphan than any of the Starlight Girls are, even though her parents are still alive (although we'll never know for sure about Mommy Gabor). Her downward spiral is beautifully documented here, and the final scene shows the beginning of her upward climb. Here's to hoping that she makes it.

Lovely writing, lovely characterization, lovely fic all the way around. Perhaps there's a chance for redemption for Pizzazz-this story makes that seem possible.

Oh, lovelovelovelove it. It's so hard to express Pizzazz's depths without messing up the surface way she reacts to things, and you've done a magnificent job. It left me all achy. Please post it to saffic, by the way, it's just the kind of gen I want there, with the strong bonds between women giving the story its force and its underpinning strength. You've managed to make the somewhat trite pact convincing from an emotional and psychological basis, which couldn't be easy at all. And the Misfits in the toyshop are the most adorable thing ever... but the last paragraph is the most brilliant part of all.

This is a beautifully written series of vignettes tied together by the antics of one lost little girl (Pizzazz). A more unusual, somewhat sterile, voice brought life to this piece-but maybe you chose those emotionally distant words to represent Pizzazz and the barren environment of her own existence, relative to her father most profoundly, yet also to her other skewed relationships. Either way, the subtle psycho-analyzation of her character in this story was very impressive, and the note you concluded it on left room for Pizzazz to find hope. Rather bittersweet, and very touching.

Great story, I love how you revolve it around Pizzazz and her father. I also love the idea of Roxy and Jetta running round Toys-R-Us :) Great fic with a very sweet ending, I look foward to seeing some more of your work soon :)

Love the part with them shopping for toys! Also, great background stuff with Pizzazz, liked all the parts you included, the 'stuff you didn't see' on the show, very believable. Really enjoy Pizzazz coming to terms with the idea of a truce, there's a definite need there. So sad about her dad, though! All in all, a very good read!
