Hi Julie, I happen to be Carrie's beta on GT. This particular story is not on GT, and therefore has not been betaed by me, but please do a little research if you're going to flame. Carrie is, indeed a GT author.

If you had done some more research, you would know that Carrie's native language is not English. I believe she's stated such in various author's notes. If you can do as well in a second language as Carrie does in English, then maybe you'd have a right to criticise, but even then I'm not so sure.

You state in your review not to take it as a bash, but your tone implies otherwise, and the fact that you even need to justify yourself by saying it's not a bash implies to me that you know very well what you're doing. Please, the next time you decide to review a story, consider the author's feelings and learn how to give constructive criticism. It's all in the tone. You could have said what you said in another manner, and not the hurtful one you chose to use. You could also have pointed to more specific things that Carrie does right.

Ok after reading all these reviews I expected a polished story. While the actual story line is good the writing is awful. You said you had a beta, doesn't look like it to me. Either you are really young or English is not your first language. I want you to understand that I think the base of the story is excellent but you really need some new betas. Also how many times can you have Ginny and Harry gushing love for each other, after a while it starts to cheapen it a bit. Oh and somebody should buy you a thesaurus you repeat the same adjectives over and over. Furthermore you need to learn tenses. Please do not take this review as a bash, I think your story has real promise but the other reviewers are not doing you any favors not pointing out the bad grammar and lack of style. Maybe you should go to , they have some really great betas there. Good luck and keep it up, practice makes perfect.

Carrie, I think you really left yourself a lot of room for a great sequel. We need to know more about Wardena. I'm glad that Joshua instantly readjusted to his parents, but I was also touched by the way he went to Ron and Hermione.

As always, you write Harry very well. You did a great job with this story. It was a big undertaking. Sequel!

good, from beginning to end. i enjoyed it very much, i even the entire story. but now that is over, are you doing a sequel? what going to happen to joshua and wardena? does joshua get a sister later on? how will the charaters children do in hogwarts? i know future generation hogwarts is a bit too poular, but i like to read in your point of view, and i'm sure others are just as well awaiting a another hp story.

Oh, Carrie, this is so wonderful. It was touching and eeeverything I was hoping for and more. You always leave me wanting more and when you do write more it's even better than what I could have imagined it! :)
