This is really good. You write very much in Doyle's style. Your vocabulary is wonderful. And this is exactly what must have gone through Watson's mind during the first few weeks/months of their friendship. You write beautifully.

Yes, that is exactly how I would imagine either Burke or Hardwicke's Watsons describing their relationship with Holmes. I think it could have went a little further. It felt like you were just beginning to scratch the surface when you (I mean Watson) gave up. No matter, I still enjoyed it.

You really need to come up with your own stories and publish them! You are an amazing writer with such talent as I have rarely seen. I, truly, believe you are better than Doyle himself! You are simply and straight-forwardly said, a writer of the highest standard. You must have published something of your own works, haven't you? Your talent knows no bounds, for it, seemingly, is infinite. The way you portray Watson is exactly as I had thought he'd be like if only Doyle had done something about it. Simply amazing, your talent, simply amazing.

Incredible... I didn't realize you wrote this at first (I often forget to check the authors before reading) but when I DID see it was you, I was incredulous. See, I've been a fan of yours for a LONG time, because of your Jedi Warrior Bond series... the undisputed core of the 'Obi-Wan Apprentice' time period section of Star Wars. That alone made me practically worship your work. (You should've seen me; practically obsessed, I read them every time I got on the computer and even ended up loading them onto my laptop.)I'm absolutely amazed at how much your writing style has evolved. If it was good before, it surpasses excellence now.
