Honestly, if there's one good thing this fanfic screams, its OH MY GOD WILL Y'ALL JUST GO GET A ROOM OR SOM-

This fanfic screams character development. From the get-go, each main character has such a distinct personality that its hard to forget them. Knuckles', in particular, strikes home really hard as 'the hard man who through a journey round the world learns to open up (sorta)' type of guy. Shame the Chaotix didn't have as much time on the spotlight, as a result their character builds (except Espio) are pretty shallow.

If there's a thing I would say this fanfic didn't handle well, it's Sonic's story-arc. Sure, Sonic and Eggman formerly being allies was a great twist, and quite unexpected, but it just felt... kinda unnecessary, you know? And then there's Sonic being healed in the final chapter. Honestly, I feel like the sequel (which I'll be touching in a few minutes) should've had Sonic on his crouches, and he shouldn't have been healed instantly. I'd rather see his changed character after being tortured by Eggman develop more, and learn that being fast isn't everything in life. I find it really likely that Sonic will eventually get healed up by the end of the sequel and by then, have a perfectly placed out story-arc with appropriate character growth. But eh, cocky high on crack Sonic is cool too, I guess.

also for a 'death' scene heavily implicated in the summary Sonic's death was really, really badly planned.

Overall, this was a sensational read from start to finish, and I can safely say that I'm hyped up for the sequel. Congrats on writing a good story!

This was An amazing story. I thought it might end horribly but I’m so glad sonic got healed in the end! It felt a little rushed, but honestly, I’m glad it happened period so I’m not complaining lol

I think this is kind of an old story, but a writer I greatly enjoy (Tareana) said she was inspired from you and I was in the mood for some inspiring sonic fanfiction. And you certainly delivered! Safe to say I’ll probably be reading more from you soon. Thanks and hope you’re doing well!

This was a good start to the story. Sonic and Knuckles are perfectly in character with their back and forth banter. You've captured just how innocent Tails is at his age and it's such an adorable concept.

And here I thought that Sonic's full name was Sonic T. Hedgehog, and that the T. stood for "The". Which, of course, I couldn't stand, so, in my head, I made the T. stand for Tiberius, the middle name of one of the most influential people in my childhood. Bonus points if you can guess who it is.

I really do like your series here. In fact, I read all the way up to the "Snowpocalypse" story.

Somehow, I kinda agree with Tails. Sonic played a joke on Robotnik during a dangerous operation, this led to an accident due to loss of concentration, and said accident caused evil energy to be released that consumed him and the egg, sapping him of his moral agency. Robotnik didn't make a choice to become evil, he slipped up as a result of Sonic's actions.

Yep. Sonic *is* responsible for how the doc turned out, whether he (or Knuckles) acknowledges it or not.

This is a great story where you've reasoned cleverly why each character acts the way they do to make them all understandable and somehow compliment their flaws. I hope in this story you don't make Tails have to take a side or loyalty as it will break him and the group. And ditch Amy! :) (Why do I say this to a completed 9-year-old story?) :D

Umm. This story is kind of umm depressing. Very detailed, but It should probably have a higher rating like Teen or even Mature... Yeah... I kind of started feeling a bit sick reading this... Just recently i had a nightmare similar to this... It's a good horror story though. ('_');
