That was great! The characters were all very well done, with the interation spot-on. I thought it was a little weird for there to be random Rousseau trap action, but it didn't really bother me. Keep it up!

What another great idea for a one-shot. how do you come up with these? I like that little J/k scene in the end.. so sweet. Oh and how sawyer was swimming in the water when no one else would. The ending was sad! I liked the story! I wouldn't find it funny if I was caught upside down hanging from a rope from a tree.

Well, I'm not all that good at pretending I don't care... that's why I always try to review every story I ever read. Wish I could say I always held up to that promise... but I get my moral's somewhat twisted somewheer inside the wires that work my head.

Anyways, back to you. Something that constantly went me amiss in this story, was that you never really wrote out any jealousy, or any other conveying feeling for that matter, that went thrugh Sawyer when he watched the two. The thing at the end, was the only thing you let on to us, and this very thing, though I don't know if it was consciously done or not, left us as the readers to get a sympathetic feel for him.

I bet that Jaters who're reading this really enjoyed it. I mean, not all Jaters enjoys watching Sawyer squirm (and he didn't, with your writing at least, but in the readers who have an affection for him; in their minds he probably was wincing) but there are those who do; and I guess that they really enjoyed this.

What I enjoyed most about this fic is the Sawyer/Jack interaction. In character and well written, as conversation between the two often speaks for itself, no need of explenations or anything along those lines.

I wish that more stories would pick up on more Jack/Sawyer interaction that didn't include one of them ripping the other ones... something (I'll leave the meaning of that word for anyone free to intrepret) out. I would despise the mere thought of slash, but just easy going interaction between the two, when they just either act as some prelude to friends-to-be, or just are civil and treat eachother with a zero-zero basis.

And another thing was that I got the impression that this story would consist of more than one chapter... not finis after just one. But hey, that up to you, hon'.
