This was a very good story. I usually do not like stories that pair Fuu with one of the "boys" romantically. This story was just enough not too much. The thing I love about Samurai Champloo is the evolution of the charactors. How they start as strangers who do not particularly like each other and end up a family who would give their lives for each other. I'm afraid I could go on and on about that. Of course Jin is my favorite too. Your story was so good, filling in the spaces that of course we do not get to see in the show. It was very well written and very true to the charactors and mood of the show. I truly enjoyed reading it. Yes, I own all of Samurai Champloo on DVD and watch it when ever I get a private moment.

Oh...my gosh...this was so good. I loved it, I mean I really did. I was actually in the middle of watching the Samurai Champloo Episodes (On YouTube) and was on Episode 23 when I read this. I wanted to wait until I had seen 26 before I read this since you said there were spoilers, but I've gotta say...I'm glad I did. It made 26 all the better. And that scene, with Jin walking towards them, half of his shirt torn off...

Oh geeze, I'm drooling again. Sorry bout that.

Anyways, I hope you write more Samurai Champloo, this one was awesome, awe-inspiring and um...I ran out of 'awe-' words. Anyways! I loved it, and just wanted you to know.

Good insight into Jin's thoughts and feelings at the end of the series. Liked the pairing between Jin and Fuu.

You might think this is funny, I just saw this episode of Samurai Champloo a few minutes ago... than was thinking of that scene when Jin came to save Fuu, hoping to find that same scenario, but with a Jin and Fuu fluff scene...and I was shocked to see a story about it. I thank you hehe, this story was awesome indeed. Keep up the great work!
