This story is hilarious. My favorite part was the conversation about Sano.

Misao spluttered as she tried to change the subject. “So, what about Sano? He doesn’t even have a sword!”

Funny as hell! I loved it. As amusing as it would be to have Tokio in this I highly doubt Saito would spend a night out in the town with Battousai and Sanosuke. He isn't quite fond of the two nor are they towards him. All in all, I think the characters you casted were good. Ja ne!
