God I HATE ian.

I'm not sure about this story. I so loved your first Campers story I wonder if I wll find quite so fun. I hope Ian can keep hi wits ano crush any child feelings.

Good story but in this chapter, how does Shaun get up and head off the dock with Jacob when he's on crutches? A few other inconsistencies are around throughout the story but that's the only one bugging me so far.

I have to ask... what happened to the bag of goodies that Ian confiscated from Dottie's home after she died? I don't remember reading anything explicitly about it...

Ian says something rude to little kid... little kid kicks him in response.. kick was aimed higher than he thought and ian goes down for the count.

I just occured to me that it would be interesting to 'see' what his fellow camp counselors thought and how they reacted when Ian's role defending Earth came out when the Stargate program was made public. Because I can just imagine a few jaws hitting the floor when his scowling face showed up on TV...! Might be a fun short short to write, maybe? Not everyone, of course, but maybe Ann and Hank...?

I absolutely love Ian, sometimes especially when he's being grumpy!

Loved the story, and I was glad to see that Ian, Shawn, and River survived slightly better than Jack, Daniel, and Teal'c did. I'm curious, though - has anyone every told Ian the complete story about SG1's first week at that camp?

(Maybe it was a good thing it was the younger campers and Ian didn't have to face the cliff and the ropes thing!)

Loved all of it and especially what you did with Libby to Ian like you did with Jack and Gina in the begining.

So fun. I'm looking forward to the next story. I missed Andrew and Jacob Carter. Of course, Ian crossing dimensions and visiting the other Dotty and the Ancients would be good too. Just sayin'. :-)

Oh, PLEASE tell me Ian's going to have the same kind of first camp experience that Jack did! I snickered all the way through that story! Besides, it would be so much fun to see the reactions on the faces of ALL of SG-1 when they realize the similarity!

I liked the fact that Ian was being made to go work at the camp against his will,he needs to CHILLOUT!Ian needed to relize that in the airforce as in life there are things that need to be done that we may find needs to relize that when told or asked to do an on pleasant task it's best just to SUCK IT UP &DO IT !I liked the way that he acted w/Libby!

I actually feel sorry for the kids !River &shawn I can see as conselors,but Ian! I really don't think that Hammond would send Anyone,let alone Ian,to work at a summer camp against thier will so the could brush up on thier people skills!
