This was a very sad, yet truthful story of what probably would have happen, if they decided to continue the series till makoto return to his home and be with Ifurita. Very well written! I recommended! except if your a shayla-shayla/makoto fan...-.-

Aww... I love Afura and Shayla's relationship. Someone before said they can't see Shayla crying, but this is the perfect time and reason for her to be doing so. Wonderful job. Very, very well written, and the relationships and personalities are all perfect. Keep up the great work! (Clique police, hehe!)

Let me point out a few things. First...the way you start it in a first-hand account where the reader is wondering who the narrator is...is simply beyond OUTSTANDING. Next...the technical detail. So lucid and full of emotion that the reader can actually feel Shayla's pain. I also liked the fact that you made use of existing characters instead of wasting the reader's time by describing the adventures of a new character. (e.g. you mentioned about Qawoor/Kauru's new crush but thankfully didn't spend half the story having this new character 'steal the show' from the rest of the cast and I appreciate that) If there's one thing I could do with though, it could be an acknowledgement that the main reason Makoto is going back is for Ifurita. (unless of course, Shayla is going through a 'self-denial' period).

I hope to read more from this very talented writer.

Aw, they're so sweet. Afura and Shayla's friendship has to be one of the best parts of EH... erm, well it's more there in the Wanderers but still. :P Good fic!
