| kenansense chapter 10 . 3/28/2006 Hey, you asked me to review, so I did. Anyway...wow, how angsty! I probably shouldn't be reading this, seeing as I'm recovering from depression myself, but... Anyway, this story is good. Extremely emotional, and not just emotional, but the emotions felt actually happen for a reason, as opposed to the authors who are like "Hermione walked into the room. Suddenly she wanted to hurt herself. 'Crucio!' she shouted, pointing her wand at herself." I'm assuming you don't just want praise, though, you want criticism. Don't take this the wrong way, this is a good story, but I have a few areas that I would change. First of all, some of your characters-Ron especially-are OOC. The flowing, poetic prose used when Ron is looking at Hermione is extremely unlike him, and Hermione doesn't seem to care as much about perfection in the books as she does helping Harry. That said, the story is still well-written. You're a good writer; keep it up! |
