Originally this story started out pretty decent until around chapter 7. With all due respect it isn't exactly Dante's personality to ask for help. Heck, he went to hell alone and came back without contact whatsoever. Secondly, you got Lucia and Dante(took on Mundus, Abigail, Argosax top tiers of the demon world)being overwhelmed by vampires. I mean c'mon are you saying they can take on Sparda as well? Even if they are that powerful, your making Dante and Lucia look bad here. DMC2 Dante is in his prime, he never complained of being in transformation too long. And most certainly he can transform again. Heck don't you remember Majin Form? Where's rebellion, cerberus and alastor? Or Quicksilver when he stops time itself? Most stupid of all, all of a sudden you put Genevieve(random damsel in distress with no battle experience whatsoever) got a deux ex machina and overpowered a super vampire who overpowered Dante off-scene. That is just horrible plot. I am sorry for the lecture, I know its been 5 years and hopefully you improved then. But other than fight scenes, you pretty much nailed everything else.

Chapter 13 was good though.

Yay! You're back (hugs) I swear, I was about to search the hospitals and shelters for you. Anyway, in case you don't know I was formerly known as Keep Me In The Shadows but my godamn pename was too big...and I got bored with it. So now its all small and weird...yay! Lol. Anyway, onto the story. OMG! I love the interaction between Dante and Lucia. It's always so natural and so realistic. The detail is as always vivid and I'm very curious about the dream. A foreshadowing of something hmm? Lol. Guess I'll find out eventually. Anyway, I'm so happy you're back and great chapter. Always an awesome way to make an entrance after a long recession huh? (strikes pose) Peace love!

aw, I'm glad you gave Dante and Lucia some good moments together as they are great friends and Lucia is the last partner Dante had (sobs) you write all your characters well. Would you make another story with Vergil and Lady in it too, along with Dante and Lucia? Those are rare to find.

Wow, this chapter rocked out loud! Genevive did really well, taking down her evil daughter (who knew she had it in her?) and Dante and Lucia had a few moments that were well written, subtle and yet there. They were lighthearted which makes them have so much more meaning and a pleasure to read. I'm so sad to see this near its end but the promise of a sequel makes me jump around...we (jumps onto table and breaks it). Okay, so I won't be jumping around for a while but that will give me more time to review this so everyone wins! Yay!

God I'm such a lamer for not reviewing earlier but I'm a senior in highschool which means I barely have time to breathe and I'm sorry to say, even write for my own stories. Again, well written and I loved Lucia!(her new persona so rocks) But why a cliff hanger? must you be this cruel? lol. update soon.

OMG! I feel so bad it took me almost two days to review this! Please forgive me! Schools been a pain lately. Yay, another chapter. It was so cool, sad and funny. Lucia definately won their verbal match. It's nice to see her with a personality and the one you gave her is so endearing. I love her!

Now I must scold you for you left it at a cliffhanger. Bad girl, bad! I want to know what happens! Oh well, I'll have to wait like a good little girl don't I? Thanks for giving me a shout out! It's always so sweet to be acknowledged by the author. And as for the vampire story, its written for Sonic the Hedgehog. It, however was written when I was a bit of a novice at writing..cough, sucked..cough... so I am currently re-writting it. Wish me luck with that.

Wow. This chapter was awesome. Madeline is a real bastard. Jesus, she's satistic to the extreme. I feel sorry for her mom. This storie is amazing. I love it and it inspires me a lot to write especially since I too am writing a vampire story (though for another game category) but this story brings me so much into the world of the vampire that I feel able to write it though not as well as you obviously can.

Very good action scene. Again you can't have a DMC fic with out some real good ass kicking. About the whole fav. character thing. Sure Dante is ok, I mean when it comes to writing I can do him very well and he's a cool character...but there's something about Vergil that makes me like him more...hm...it's probably his hunger for power and how serious he is that makes me go for him instead of Dante. I like anything evil so I'm the type that would cheer for the bad guy. Well that's my opinion.

Another awesome chapter. I was waiting for this for so long...WHY DID YOU MAKE ME WAIT?lol. Anyway, what more can I say. The action was awesome, the romance was just the way I like it and the end was a cliffhanger...grr!

As for the Vergil thing, you know I've started to realize that too. I think its because people just realize how annoying Dante is when he talks... and breathes...and . At least Vergil is quiet and a killer but thats no big deal. Who isn't? Anyway, its probably just because Vergil gives them new possibilities to write things that they couldn't before with Dante. You should try it. I think if you wrote a story with him it would be awesome. You have so much talent. Anyway, update soon. Peace!
