Aw. I love Marty. I'm glad I finally got around to reading this fic. I love fics that put things into perspective- not everything works out the way you want it to in the end. Yes, Marty is a lot like Luke in the way that they were friends first, he brings her food, and he absolutley adores her, but this time it didn't work out (at least not yet, I guess there's still a teeny-tiny possibilty though). Life doesn't always work out they way it maybe should have, and I'm glad GG shows that realistically. It's sweet... depressing but sweet. Loved this fic. Great one-shot.
