| ferdoes2as chapter 1 . 6/25/2015 What wonderful imagination and creativity you have! This fic is simply a cut above the rest. It rates so high on my list of favs, and I would love it if you will come up with a series of few more connected one-shots to this fic showing the progress of Severus and Hermione's friendship through the whole lot of toils and troubles that follow in canon. Just one off-comment on this fic: Severus is so willing to die here, tired of all the complications in his life... So, it doesn't seem likely that he would deter walking through the front door of hogwarts for the fear of aurors killing him on sight. Fear of Askaban is a more probable reason. |

| Kore-Proserpina chapter 1 . 6/28/2007 I've just read this, and I can't believe I've missed it before. This is a wonderful one-shot, and very poignant. I felt for Severus, and how he wished for death, and was surprised by how easily Hermione entered his home. Then I saw why, he [i]wanted[/i] death. Perhaps they will be able to convince the rest of the Order of the truth of that night on the Astronomy tower, but we'll just have to imagine the rest. P.S. I hope you don't mind me stowing away aboard the SS Prudence and Potions...I'm good at swabbing decks, and will defend her cause to the bitter end! |

Gryffindors, sometimes, are just too self-sacrificing. Sometimes they don't stop to think that their sacrifices are hurting the ones they leave behind. |
