This reunion is so touching, especially the one with Elrond and Gil-Galad! I love your writing style, keep it up!

Went through a binge re-read of these again after recalling some scenes (I think establishment of Imladris), and loved it so much again. Details I'd forgotten, details I remembered and cherished, characters and arcs I see clearer this time around. Thank you for this cherished series and the joy it has brought me over the years. It might be old to you, but I have loved it well.

ah i am smiling and crying and so happy and so sad all at the same time! i've been crying almost non-stop these last few chapters... elrond's pain is my pain. And that meeting between him and celebrian? so worth it. And Finarfin and galadriel? Made me cry even harder.

It has been an absolute pleasure reading this story, from the first installment to the last. I cannot thank you enough for the taking the time to write all of this (and with such skill!). It always blows my mind how much research, effort and knowledge you've put into making this story as accurate and entertaining as it could be. And you've succeeded! You deserve a heartfelt review for every chapter you've ever posted, and I am sorry that I'm such a selfish reader that I can only make myself stop to review once every single chapter has been greedily devoured and the story is ended. I think one day I will be back here re-reading History Lessons, as I cannot see myself not wanting to return to this amazing world you have built. All the best! x

Wow. I have now read all your History Lessons. Just amazing. I have never considered some of these events from Elrond's POV before. I have loved being so drawn into your stories - the way you write the characters is wonderful, especially Elrond and Glorfindel. And I finally understand a bit of The Silmarillion now - what a great idea to explain it by telling stories to the twins. Thank you so much for all you have poured into this. I have enjoyed it so much.
