Hitotose chapter 1 . 11/24/2011 Congratulations! You have made me cry...in a good way, of course!;) Such power...such raw, naked, emotion. Amazing! You've done what the author of this series has failed to do. You gave Tenten a persona, a personality, a family, and -lo and behold- a background! I only hope to be as good as you some day, when it comes to writing. Please, keep writing... Little Hoarder |
oakleaf chapter 1 . 11/2/2011 Wow. This story is amazing. (I know I'm very late, I thought you might appreciate a review nonetheless.) The emotion and the story, the secrets all seem so real and true. Well done on this amazing story. |

The Pirate on Wheels chapter 1 . 1/17/2011 I was honestly upset when her mother interrupted Tenten's imaginary battle during the climax, but I suppose I can forgive her since she gave her the okay to be a ninja after Tenten graduated. I recall you saying something about trying for something deep, and maybe a new take on Tenten holding a weapon for the first time, but you succeeded in making a heartwarming, touching, and adventurous beginning for Tenten's ninja career. It was cute and very telling when she ordered the lizard to stay in hiding after missing it with the pebble, and you showed her attitude towards practically well when she described her mother as "The type of doll you can't use for target practice." Her mother was a good character, if not a little over emotional for the few times she appeared, but it seemed like she couldn't handle being reminded of her husband. I'm curious as to how she came to accept her daughter's choice, given how strong her own feelings on the subject were. Regardless, this was very entrancing and well executed. Please continue writing, both for Tenten and in general, and thank you for the wonderful story. Sincerely, The Pirate on Wheels |
OSYH chapter 1 . 11/28/2010 Wow, I can't believe I haven't reviewed this story yet! I loved it. Tenten's characterization as well as her mothers - it brings a real emotion and it brings to life just one untold story of one of the names on that memoral stone in Konoha. :) |
