P.s. I'm assuming that the "bushy-haired prosecutor" was Hermione. I might be wrong...

The only thing is I don't really Hermione prosecuting Vampires to sentences in Azkaban. I see her fighting against the law that was passed. I see her trying to restore rights to magical creatures that were being discriminated against. I also see her knowing that Azkaban would have no effect on Vampires, if that indeed was the case.

Otherwise then that, very good job!

Wow, fantastic. This is extremely well written *and* so very true. The minstry are, really, worse that Voldemort. The Dark Lord at least has the strength to admit what he is doing, whereas the ministry try to deny that what they are doing is wrong. I suppose that it's not really that surprising that the ministry decided to track down and 'contain'/'despose of' all vampires just because the few that were not neutral decided to join Voldemort. However, I for one was slightly surprised that so few vampires had joined Voldemort, as they are Dark creatures by nature.

'The vampires were mostly neutral. I was. Until they forced me to take sides by hunting down and disposing of the neutral ones.' That is true, and so very powerfully written.

Also, am I right in thinking that the 'bushy-haired prosecutor' at Nicholas' trial was one Hermione Jane Granger?

amazing. never thot id root for someone on voldemort's side. but i guess it's what i woulda done too. then again, the ministry wasnt exactly light. they were dumb and just as racist as voldie, so piss on them. good job.
