spinningleaves chapter 1 . 1/12/2009 O. Interesting way to sneak the real meaning of the piece between the process of making tea when she cant sleep. I loved the little flashbacks and the connection to the tea cup. Excellent! |
VampireApple chapter 1 . 3/10/2006 I really don't know what to say about this fanfic, other then it was very good and I liked it. |
Becky O'Calahan chapter 1 . 3/9/2006 Oh, Wow, I love this! It's so dark and moody, but in a...happy...way. That makes zero sense, and I know it. I'll try to explain. There's the moody, dark thoughts with Petunia and Lily's Mum, and then in contrast there is Lily's bright, bubbly way of speaking. And it's all about relationships, Lily and Baby, Lily and Petunia, Sirius and Regulus, and all tied wonderfully to that little tea cup with roses:) And I love how Petunia and Lily's relationship is portrayed as stressed and ruled by thier Mum's favouritism, but Lily never comes out and thinks it, while on the other hand Sirius is completely aware of how terrible his and Regulus's connecton is and isn't afraid to talk about it. In short, I like it lots :) |
swear to the stars chapter 1 . 2/20/2006 Very well written. Great work! |
Ieyre chapter 1 . 7/7/2005 Hm. Very odd, interesting...does leave a bitter taste in ones mouth, though. Makes me feel sympathetic to Petunia, which NEVER happens. |
Celina Black chapter 1 . 6/28/2005 Brilliant. This story is one of the best one shots I have ever read. Great job on keeping the characters canon Kisses, Celina |
millie-mione chapter 1 . 6/28/2005 I liked this, it was subtle. |
Blythe Flynn chapter 1 . 6/26/2005 Maybe it's deja-vu, but I SWEAR I read this fiction before. Everything about it is familiar. Did you post it up earlier and take it down? Apart from the unnerving sense that I'd read this before, I utterly enjoyed it (the second time around?). You kept the characters in canon, which is such a rare trait among fanfiction authors these days, and I greatly esteem and admire you for doing so. |
