Woah... Death holding the house in its palm really brings to mind the very first chapter of the story, where Akito longs to crush the bird in his hand. Very chilling and poignant... just what I've come to expect from you.

And yet I really appreciate the Toriru at the end. Tohru and Hatori's relationship was portrayed as very... fragile. Innocent, almost. I like to think that they've progressed so much as this fic has moved forward, but that they're essentially the same.

Yay for me finally reviewing! So terribly sorry I took so long. But if I do say so myself, this sweet interlude was... well, just that. I'll stop my ramblings now. Can't wait to see more of this, as well as the next chapter in "Folding Cranes!" 'Till then!
