It's great story

Wonderful, introspective piece. So evocative - Obi-Wan's climb, his musings on age and his watching Luke were so beautifully written. One can feel the weight on his shoulders in his watch over Luke.

And I really liked the description of Luke's prowess as a pilot as well!

I love ObiWan, and i'm so glad you wrote this! It was long, but it had the right mix of thought and action combined. To get a look into ObiWan's mind- how he's aging, but yet still 'youthful'.

Really great writing! It kept my interest.

(As well, it was really interesting who you named this story "Pride of the Father". Defiantly in relation to Anakin, but was there some relation to ObiWan as well?)

wow! This was very well done. I was listening to some sad music when I read this and it just made it a little bit more real. I love the way you made Obi-Wan reflect back apon when Anakin was still alive. I liked the sky hopper chase very much, I think you captured just the right amount of Anakin in Luke. I loved it :)

That was a very sweet story. It was sad in some ways, but spot on in characterization. It would hurt to think about Anakin, even after such a long time.

Wow. This is amazing. You write ObiWan so well, and this is great - I'd always wanted to read a story from ObiWan's perspective in the years between the prequels and last 3 movies. Awesome!
