I know you wrote this years ago and probably won’t be finishing this but I just wanted to say that I truly love this fic and find myself periodically returning to read what there is over and over again. I can’t say what exactly it is about it, it’s just such a unique and well written idea and I just thoroughly enjoy it no matter how many times I’ve read it. I do wish it could have been completed but muses and fandoms move on. Still I wanted to let you know that this fic is still very well thought of.

I originally found this via sparklyscorpion's "Regrets" (now I know where she got the idea of a Christine/Reyer pairing from!)

I have to say that this is extraordinarily original as an idea, and the backstory about Reyer and Carlotta is fascinating; I'm a bit confused as to what the Ghost is actually up to in this version (after money, presumably).
After this lapse of time I don't suppose there's any chance of seeing any further development of the story, but it does occur to me that with a slight shift to make the Perros-Guirec developments more final it could in fact *almost* be contrived to end here instead...

Wow! This is such an amazing story! I just love everything about it down to the last detail. I really hope you update/finish this story, I'd really love to read more and see how it ends. Although, its been about 3 years since your last update, so it'll probably never happen, but I can dream!

What an amazing, lovely story! This deserves at least ten times the number of reviews it currently has, trust me. Your OC Reyer is extraordinarily well-characterized - one of the best I've ever read. It's a nice change of pace to see a different male in Christine's arms, and you've handled Erik's delegation to a minor character very well. I really hope you decide to continue this story someday!

I know you haven't updated in some time, but I sincerely hope you consider doing so in the near future. I enjoyed this rather unconventional pairing immensely and am eager to see it's conclusion. I never in a million years would have thought to pair Christine and Monsieur Reyer, but the idea intrigued me enough that I decided to go ahead and read. And I'm very glad I did. I've had this story on my alerts list for some time and am always quite excited when I get notified of a new chapter. I don't think I've reviewed before now, but I just wanted you to know there is still someone watching your story, hoping for a continuation.

How have I missed this story for so long?

You have an amazing gift. As soon as I started the first sentence, I was hooked. I absolutely couldn't stop reading until I reached the end. You had me completely lost in it the whole way through, and I've never had a fanfic longer than a one-shot hold me that way before. Absolutely wonderful.

I especially love how you manage to keep everyone in character while changing the storyline. I can really believe that's how they would react in these given situations.

Please continue this story, it's a wonderful read.

Oh yay! You know I was thinking about this story just the other day, for no particular reason, I'm not sure what made it pop into my head, and I missed it and I wondered when you'd update again. So I was surprised and delighted to see the message in my inbox. :)

I love your Raoul and Christine. They're very real and so sweet together. A lot of people don't seem to stop and consider the societal repercussions their relationship would have and I liked seeing that angle. And Christine having to endure all the gossip started by Carlotta . . . haahaahaa that's so like her.
