*claps* Awesome story! The ending was so sweet, especially the way Mon and her mom finally got their issues out in the open! I loved it! They should have made an episode like this one! My one problem with the chapter is how selfish everyone else was acting! I mean, Mon and her mom have needed to have this conversation for ever! And these guys and whining and storming over dessert like little children! And they're eavesdropping like preteen girls! AND CHANDLER MADE PROFIT OFF OF HIS WIFE'S HAPPINESS! THAT STUPID IDIOT! HE SHOULD BE CONGRATULATING HIS WIFE ON FINDING HAPPINESS, NOT MAKING SELFISH PROFIT FOR HIMSELF! *takes deep breath* But anyways, besides that, it was an awesome chapter and story! Bye!

A good ending, that keeps up the quality of what has gone before, even if it does draw quite a lot on the show for ideas.

I would have given Monica the point that if you *never* praise someone, they are bound to think you don't love them. But your point about the need to keep up Ross's self esteem is not a bad one, though Ross does vary in this - sometimes, he is absurdly conceited.

This does not address Monica's famous fatness, *surely* connected with her relationship with her mother.

At the end there, I feel that Monica, now more confident of her mother's underlying love, might simply respond with a casual "Oh, lay off, Mom!" But overll this is very satisfying.

Awesome chapter! I loved the interaction between Mon and her mom.

P.S. I have not taken the SAT's yet (my D-day is June 4), but I am not looking forward to it. Whenever I see how much math I have to know, I just...feel like crying. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.

i love this story this chapter was the best... i always felt that monica needed to yell at her mother especially how she had one marriage versus three...love that nora / sandra dialogue.. too funny ...
