yeah, the bit about how Ford and Arthur met was honestly my favourite scene in the film. Isn't that sad? Plus the cameos from the TV series. And when Ford says, "Do you want a hug?" -very cute. I just went to see it today, actually. Not as good as the books...sigh...not as slashy. I am quite irritated with them for beefing up the Arthur/ Trillian stuff. It was never really like that. Pfft. Sorry for rambling, but I greatly enjoyed this story. )

Loved it, though. Your story, I mean. The movie was good, too-though I'd expected it to be absolutely awful, so I was rather pleased.

The movie was alright for a movie, but I prefer the book.

Sadly, if there is a sequel, it will be worse than this movie...Douglas won't have any influence on the script at all. Its a shame, I wanted to see what happened with Zaphod's other head.

that'd killed me completely seeing as I felt the entire thing had far too much ford/arthur and ford/zaphod vibes than the books ever had.
