Holy crap! Angsty...rather violent. STill well written and delivered. Um...too much sex? I remember reading that before when the dr. explained her too-much-sex-disease, but I figured I just read it the wrong way. Aside from that minor and insignificant quirk I think this story is very engaging. After this bombshell of a chapter I can't wait to see how it all ends!

Wow. They meant business, killing children like that. The imagery in this chapter was very strong. The sights and sounds were very vivid.

Beautifully written. A real jewel of a chapter. I'm curious, you seem to have a good knowledge of haiku, is there a favorite collection that you have? Or author? Your symbolism is impressive in it's subtlety. I'm also glad you pointed it out to those of us who are not super sensitive to those things.
