i don't have an account so i couldn't get this signed/verified, however i love this story, so far, and would love to see it finished. Please keep up the good work and if you do work on it more can you please refrain from making it a romance? Most of the stories centered on tristan are romance, which has gotten both monotanous and frustrating.

This is an amazing story. I'm especially happy its not one of those cheesy stories. Especially the cliched romance ones. Can't wait to read the rest:)

First of all, Ithil-valon, I would like to thank you for that story. I've been looking for one that follows the knights through their 'childhood' and works out their characteristics.

You have all my respect for taking the trouble to look after the Roman ranks and everything else for it's - regrettably - not something everyone would do. However I believe for a faithful writer it is quite interesting to do some reserach :)

I really liked the way you developed the knights' personalities, for every single one of them for that matter. I'm very interested in that topic.

For the story itself, I would like to say that it is very enjoyable and you made me very curious about the continuation.

What is the most impressive for me is that you make your readers feel the tension, fear, guilt, relief or anything else by writing down it. By the way you write it.

I hope you'll be able to countinue with the story as soon as possible but I know how hard is it to write while you have other duties as well...

Hi. I finished reading this last chapter and I love it. This whole story is really great. All the characters have defined personalities and you don't only focus on one persons point of view. Usually I don't like when people jump around with their views like that but I like how you've managed to do it without confusing people. Hope you update soon:)

This is a really well written story you express their feelings so beautufully. I have been looking for a story that is about the knights and how they grew up and become the hero's they are today. Tristan is my favourite.

Hello! Sorry I didn't review your last chapter! It seems the alert was lost in my inbox and I didn't find it until tonight - by which point you'd already updated again.

I still love this story! Poor Tristan seems to have gotten himself into a spot of bother though. I do hope he gets out of it without recieving too great an injury.

It's Jols! I do love Jols and I'm glad too see him in here. And he has a friend - even better!

I think what makes this story so great is that every charater in it has their own personality and is developed well enough to make you care about them. I also love how you've managed to make them all seem younger - especially Arthur, I think people forget that he was one young.

The only thing I thought I should mention is that in the last two chapters it has been mentioned that Patrobas who was injured in the battle, but in all the chapters before that it seems to have been Lucius. I might be wrong, but that confused me a bit.

Anyway, as I said, I still love this story! I am looking forward to the next chapter and I'm hoping that Quentas gets there in time!

Excellent chapter. I love the bit at the end where Tristan asks if he is dead and then says he wants to go home. It was very touching. Keep up the amazing work and I can't wait for your next update. About how old is Tristan now?
