I liked this...it was sweet...I wonder if this is how Alexis Denisof & Alyson Hannigan got together (only, you know, without the vampires demons...though, would be cool if there was still a motorcycle)...I always thought that Fred was like the LA/Fang Gang equivalent of Willow & Wesley was the LA/Fang Gang equivalent of Giles, & they kinda are...Fred with babbling, technology/science & "girl-next-door" vibe & Wes with the books/languages, demonology & Watcher-raised...but Wesley & Willow are also sort of equivalents too...like back when it was Angel, Cordelia & Wesley, it was LA/Fang Gang version of the three Scoobies...Buffy-Angel: leader, Xander-Cordelia: immature/sarcastic joking/unlikely hero, & Willow-Wesley: brain/nerdy...& look at how much they both changed over the series-es...both unsure of themselves (Wesley hid it while in Sunnydale), sorta "mousy", responsible/goody-goody, adorkable but then they went through changes...Wesley was tortured, shot, throat slit...Willow discovered she liked girls, delved deep into magic, became a junkie & crashed hard...Wes became this total bad-ass & Willow became this kick-ass, powerful wiccan/"magic mama"...it is interesting how they both spiraled almost at the same time (Season 6 & Season 3)...please update or write a sequel, please...I wanna see/read the rest of the Scoobies' recations...

I've been on a quest to find really good Willow/Wesley fanfic, and I think I've found the best that's out there in this little gem. Seriously, this was such a wonderful read! Willow's heartache over Oz's departure was so beautifully sad, and Wesley's reactions to her were truly touching. You captured their characters amazingly well and produced a plot that flowed evenly, with a conclusion that was just perfect, it fit the tone of the fic so well. All I can really think to say, is great job, and if you ever decide to return to this pairing I'll definitely read it.

And one more review, because I completely forgot to add this story to my favourites, which it well deserves to be in. I will never forget how beautifully and delicately you wrote this couple. I will always be keeping an eye out for your new work.
