I love this piece! Nice use of inflection on Murdock's part and his inferences on what the rest of the team would say to him. Love how you express the passion between him and Kelly without getting too steamy.

*applause* That was wonderful! I'm mentally ill myself (though thankfully, I don't have anywhere near as many monsters in my head as our poor dear Murdock) and it's lovely to see the inner thoughts of someone fighting 'The Blob' portrayed well!

I loved the line, "Irritation and laughter - the two ingredients of the patented Murdock cure, guaranteed to take away the monsters under the bed." I've used that technique myself... mostly making other people laugh to make myself feel better.

Hi, Did you say this was your first FF? It was awesome. I love your use of dark and light and the way your describe Murdock's inner thoughts and turmoil. I also really enjoyed the way you had him 'speak' to the rest of the team, even though they weren't there with him, not in body anyway. I can't wait to see more and would love to see more of Murdock and Kelly.
