Wow, you're playing on my heartstrings here! Your Obi-Wan was so much more human than how some writers portray him. Here, he's emotional and he's so much more tragic, for it. Thank you for sharing, I love to catch a glimpse of how living his life must be like...

sorry, but...no. you are a talented writer. I really like the way you wrote the feelings...Obi wan is one of my favorite charecters, so i am kind of protective(Yes i know he isnt real, haha!) Anywhooo, u r very good!

That was a really sad and yet wonderful story! It was perfect: simple but fitting. I've always prefered Padmé with Anakin, and yet have been intrigued with the possibility of Obi-Wan/Padmé, and your story just made me like that relationship more! I loved the way you wrote Obi-Wan because some of the things he did in the story are things he would have done in the movies, if George Lucas had decided to go down that path... or at least thats what I think. FOr example: I like how you made Obi-Wan keep his feelings hidden from her right until the end because that seems like the sort of thing Obi-Wan would do if we recall his strong dedication to fullfill the expectations a Jedi's life demands of him...

TMJ, lovely writing! I know what you mean about not being a big Obidala fan, because I'm not one myself. But I enjoy anything that is at least plausibly written. For instance, this was an extremely well-written piece that managed to make my chest go tight with sadness, even if I'm *not* an Obidala. It was just very nicely written and melancholy. Bravo!

Man, I just saw ROTS a couple hours ago...what a heavy movie! But, yeah, the whole time I was wondering if anyone would write a Padme/Obi Wan fic, and now I see that you wrote a wonderful one! Well, it's not really Padme/Obi in that they don't get together er whatever, but the whole thing with Obi loving her is there! It's really good!
