Shame on you both for killing poor Admiral Ackbar. He was a good guy and his destiny is to be at place during the battle of the second Death Star.

Their meeting was... unexpected. I didn't think they would talk to him just to get him back on the Imperial side. If they had a tiny clue about Kyle's history, they wouldn't have bothered. But I guess it gave Jan a chance to see Kyle somewhere else besides a battlefield. And she liked his smile... this might turn out god:D

Jan is growing more dangerous, and that can't be good news. But I must admit that yer idea on how Vader and the Empire got to know of Luke, is quite interesting indeed. Jan infiltrating Yavin 4 and finding out... neat.

Though I absolutely disagree on Admiral Ackbar (I *loved* the way he said "This is a trap" in ROTJ), but I'll accept his death as a device of plot and say: Nice chapter! I love the way Kyle acts with Jan, because he's quite a good counterpoint. Keep up the good work!

Welcome back to the U.S., you two! And I know what it feels like to not have a computer, mine was just fixed yesterday and I was finally able to update my fics! Are you going to update 'Captivated' by any chance? Great story, by the way. I liked the scene where Vader found out about his son from Jan; it made me sympathize with his character more. Wow...I didn't know you two hated fish so much. I wonder what you'd be like on Manaan! Update soon!

Wow! So, Vader learns that much sooner that his own soon destroyed the Death Star, and he feels vulnerable enough to confide this to Jan? Very surprising.

But I must say that you completely floored when Jan would not kill Kyle when she had him at her mercy. But after reading the story, I see why.

As much as Vader wants to turn Luke to the Dark Side and to join him, so Jan wants Kyle to do the same.
