Wow, talk about powerful. And I think that it was such a touching moment, when Althea showed them the future and how the war will destroy BOTH races, how it's a war no one can truly win. Really powerful moment, and one that hopefully gets to that prick Senator Kelly. )

And if you let Kitty beat up the Baroness, I don't think anyone would mind. Heck, Destro would cheer her on himself with pom-pons and a cheerleader's outfit. )

If the X-Men find out Todd and Althea have the Destiny Stones, then it won't be pretty. Thye'll be relieved that Toad is alive, no question, but they will also be bothered that Todd and Althea have the Destiny Stones! And having COBRA and Zartan having that info of all people is NOT a good thing!

Wow, I'm on tenderhooks for the next chapter! And you know, though the humor about the funeral was tactless, I would have preferred it. ) The Misfits do REALLY love each other, it's just that they don't know any other way to cope and express their grief. Although it was bad taste for Scott to accuse Lance of playing something tHAT sick. Lance's isn't Pietro.

I'm touched. The grieving of the X-Men was very well done, and Professor X's succumbing to alcohol is not surprising yet still just as emotional. It goes to show how much, despite it all, the Misfits and X-Men really do care for each other, and you've shown this wonderfully.

And FYI, when I read how the coin kept going onto its side, I was LOL! I guess the love trianlge is never going to be fixed, is it? )

Ah, so that's why Zanya killed Lord Zartan, but I'm curious as to see how the present-day Zartan will deal, espeically since he's been proven incompetent again and again. Still, it's a bit worrisome. /

Poor Althea! And the rest of the X-Men are probably feeling just as bad, I'll bet. They weren't friends, but they cared for each other and this will bring them closer to Althea at least.
