It's really heartbreaking and sad and there were so many times when I felt like "I don't want to read on, this is just too depressing and sad!" but I really couldn't stay away from it.

I think you're really incredibly talented, the way you bring the story and your characters to life is just so great and touching and it just feels so ...powerful (if that makes sense). It just completely pulls you in.

Thank you so much for writing this (and Eyes of the Jackal too!), it's so incredibly awesome. Terribly frustrating and depressing, but so moving and... well, it's just one of those stories to me that really stirs you (I mean me) and that's just always something I think I have to be really grateful for.

From Paradise and Jackal are two of the best fanfictions I have ever read. They could be the true sequels to the Phantom of the Opera, so amazingly in character and atmosphere they are.

I pray someday you'll finish this story and help Raoul and Erik (and your readers) find peace.

Just wanted to say that I don't usually use anymore (LJ fanfic addicted x), and I just went through and deleted all my story alerts... all except this one. I never forgot how brilliant it was. You do such an amazing job with emotions and the plot. I miss updates on this like crazy.

I hope you feel like continuing it. Or maybe even ending this one where it is and starting a sequel? Whatever would interest you in Raoul and Erik again. This story and it's predecessor were even more intriguing than the original Phantom of the Opera and I still so want to know what you had planned for them.

I come back to this fic every four months or so, and I've only just realized that I never did leave a review for this chapter. I don't know if you particularly care about getting reviews for this story anyway, but I wanted to let you know that I really admired your work and loved this fic in particular. Your characters were beautifully poignant and the way you created your scenes, the tensions, the relationships, the pacing- they were all so well done. Congratulations on this.

I read this about three years ago, and I just went back and read Jackal and Paradise again. I think this fic both made me fall in love with the pairing, and ruined me for any other POTO slash fic. It's just so good, I can never imagine it happening any other way. I see that you haven't updated anything for a while, but I still hope that you'll return to fanfiction and finish this fic. A status update would be lovely, but I understand that sometimes fic is abandoned or life gets in the way. Thank you for writing such brilliant fic.

This story is amazing...Though it looks as if this is it...Its the best Phantom fic I have ever read!
