I just finished reading what you've written of this story, and I was listening to music as I read. It fit really well.

What does 'Tsuzuku' mean?

This storyline is a very good one - though it would probably be quite tragic. Surely Kaoru wouldn't simply turn away from being the Oracle to her people to be with Kenshin? I hope the end will have at least a bit of happiness.

Kaoru didn't seem very interested in the fate of the ninja. Did she underestimate Kenshin, Soujiro, and Kamatari? Or does she simply not care? I don't particularly like the fact that she turned away even while she could hear people dying...but I guess because she's the Oracle, she's supposed to hate those who are of Diablos. Which I think is quite sad - both religions seem to hate each other intensely...

This is a very interesting premise. I always love romances with dark and dangerous men like this. I am finding some of Kenshin's thoughts/your narration about his character seem to conflict with his actions in coldly killing the elders. I was also expecting Kaoru to show a disgusted or unhappy reaction when her ninja was killed, but she didn't seem very effected. You also seem to have set it up that the shinigami are the premier killers, and even Kaoru's bodyguard seemed to acknowlege that fact. Yet if the ninjas think they will be helpless against Kenshin-tachi, why would Kaoru order them seized, since it will just result in the slaughter of her people? I am interested to read more of this and see how it will work out. It is rather hard to imaging at this point. You are showing that Kenshin is very complex, and has a softer side. I guess I see him in this as loyal, honest, and caring for those close to him, and for those he doesn't care about, unfeeling. Although the old man does upset that a little bit. Hm. Please write more!

I love it! ) I simply love the story! The plot is really different and keeps me on my toes. Really interesting and exciting to have two clashing religious leaders to be actually engaged...I'm really gonna stick around to know how this story will unfold. Just a comment though, I just hope that the Three Shinigami are not so cold-blooded. I can understand ruthlessness, but killing the 20 elders just becasue they voiced their opinions is way too much for me. I think Kenshin can still show his power nad ruthlessness over his minions by giving another form of punishment. Well, this is just a thought.

Please, please, please continue upgrading this story! I'm sure a lot of your readers are on their toes for the next chapter (including me!)

Oh my God! This is beyond belief. You keep layering the depth and the descriptions of each character. I absolutely adore this. So good. I love the opening and the scene with the old man. But the oracles statement and leaving people to die was breathtaking. Update soon, please.
