Absolutely amazing. This is really such a creative way to Show the famous artifact's effects. The opening line is the story confused me at first, but by the end I understood. The metaphors are maybe a little much on the wierd side, but we can get the idea by the end and they add to the surreal setting that fits so perfectly. Awesome.

Surrealistic, refreshingly different-quite nice, overall. There are a few errors, like "quieten", that could stand to be ironed out, but the originality alone sets it a cut above the rest.
