I'm a new reader, but I like what I see. I like how your story only relates to the original with characters. I think that if you started wrting domething from scratch it could really sell! You should totally stop making cliff-hangers though, because now I have to wait to see how the story ends. (You really shouldn't it makes readers want to read more.)
