Guest chapter 25 . 4/6 yeah people go a bit nuts over truffles. i don't get it at all, but i suppose i've never had any... hmm yeah you know, i dont think i'd get it even if i had some |
Guest chapter 22 . 4/6 the fact that it's true - he is erik touchet and he would have married her if he knew she had his son - is indescribably funny to me. like, just, super funny. no idea why actually i do know why and it's that its true lmao like,,, i dunno |
Guest chapter 17 . 4/6 shkfdjhakjsh "phantom pregnancy" i cant |
Guest chapter 11 . 4/6 oh my god erik why |
Guest chapter 10 . 4/6 van gogh! |
Guest chapter 7 . 4/6 no food! *gasp* truly, this is blasphemy to the heart of your story i jest, but i think it suits the mood of this nonetheless |
Guest chapter 6 . 4/6 at this point i feel i read for the recipes... haha i suppose i'll have to mark this story somehow, just in case. my family has a number of valued recipes as well, but they're more recent... probably because we like food a bit spicy and i'm quite sure none of my ancestors were aficionados of indian or cajun food, which are what we make most often. so we turn to cook's country (america's test kitchen) very often we do have a lot of baking recipes that are *very* delicious though. good cookies and cakes are really my true passion haha |
Guest chapter 4 . 4/6 so many recipes! a treasure trove, surely |
Darth Kyrie chapter 38 . 3/12/2019 This is truly magnificent. I sat down and read it in one go. I couldn’t put it down! The recipes, Anne’s utter practicality, Erik being Erik. Small!Erik being adorable. The twists and turns of a truly orignal plot. I commend you. I hope someday you might find the motivation to finish it. I suspect Meg’s wedding will be...interesting, to say the least. Thank you for brightening my day. I’ve been giggling nearly nonstop for the past hour. |
a woman chapter 30 . 9/27/2016 I have come to re-read after so many years. Dear friend, your story is still wonderfull. You are an extremely gifted writer. And I hope to read something new - some time. In the meantime, I am crying again, pulled deeply into the world you are creating, into the story you are telling. Thank you so much! |
lbjw0128 chapter 38 . 6/24/2016 This story is amazing! I love it! I really would love to read more! |
Anawey chapter 38 . 1/28/2014 Oh Gods, wow. This is the first Erik/OC I've ever read. It was wonderful, and I never would have thought little Erik was biologically Anne's, too. That was such a nice twist, though. How perfect that Erik found out through the gifts Sophie left for Anne and little Erik. |
Guestie chapter 38 . 10/27/2013 Ok, so normally I don't read anything old and unfinished, but I had heard amazing things about this fic and I just HAD to check it out. I was not dissapointed in the least. You give each character's POVs a distinct tone and writing style. The recipes sound delicious and I'm tempted to actually try my hand in the kitchen. Everything about this story is superb, and the only thing that would make it better would be giving it the completion I think it deserves. I know it's been YEARS since your last update, and that you are very unlikely to ever read this, but please consider finishing it. Pleeease? |
LizzySalander chapter 38 . 10/25/2013 What a clever and refreshingly unique plot! I'm glad that I stumbled upon your story. One of my all time favorites. It makes me wonder how different Erik's life would have been if his mother was like Anne... Even just a tiny bit like Anne! |
