I don't think it sucked, I liked it.
It's really cute, not too agressive and fun because you (mostly) kept close to the original characters(not making Neji some nervous schoolgirl and such).
For your first 'Kissing scene' it wasn't bad at all... Just one tip: try to put more emotion in it and less about HOW they are standing at that moment(we want to know how FAN-TAS-TIC she feels at the kissing moment ;-)
