Deep charactaristics, every sentence was filled with reality, the harsh one.. Damn, that distance kills everything. The closer you are, the fuller you feel.. Then you empty.. Oh yes, I can dig this. Like another reviewer mentioned, I think this would be a really realistic direction for their relationship to go if there ever was one. I love the ambiguity of Edd's consent- like the readers are just as unsure as Edd himself is as to whether or not he wants this, though it seems to be bordering on him not wanting it, which, maybe I'm evil for saying this- makes this fic more exciting in a way. I also see this as being very in character for Eddy though I don't necessarily think it's a sign of him being selfish, maybe more naive about relationship cues and insecure about losing his love? Very good stuff.

i think this is a story of a possible, bitter reality that most EEnE slash fans would turn their cheek to in some kind of denile. It's so realistic it outweighs a lot of other stories, although i've always been a fan of the unrtealistic, more romantic stories. I respect this one even if it doesnt make me happy inside.

Have you done much of your own writing? i mean original stuff. I think you'd be very good at writing your own things. Have you read

'Lovely Bones'? I was so disturbed by the first chapter that i couldnt read the rest (which i hear isnt as bad as the beginning), but i think the first chapter would interest you if you wanted to delve deeper into writing morbidly.
