I don't see it. Slash has its place, but the problem with "Cruel intentions" isn't so much that Sebastian couldn't possibly be gay (he actually quite plausibly could be) as that there aren't any male characters in the movie that he's compatible with. I'm sorry, but a Sebastian/Greg romance just doesn't wash; Greg was a slow-witted weakling and you'll notice that Sebastian is fairly disgusted with Cecile (even if he does sleep with her), another person too simple (both as in uncomplicated and as in stupid) to be able to comprehend his own complexity. Annette is simple in a way, but she sees right through him; that's why he falls for her. Sebastian needs to respect someone, and needs to be fully understood, to feel anything resembling love. Anyway, the pseudo-psychoanalysis aside, I don't see the pairing here working, character-wise. Sorry.
