Really nice, well written sad, but I just have a bit of an issue matching this women and the behavior towards Harry, I know in the books they don't starve him...much, and they never actually say he was hit, but I still think that she would make sure they were civil with him at least instead of mean. Regardless I really enjoyed it, just hard to make sure have a human side and still treat him the way she does.
