coul532003 chapter 2 . 1/8 Thank you for writing these stories. I just finished the first set and started the second. I realize that it has been nearly a decade and a half since published, but one item in this chapter seemed to miss the mark. The dream Harry had showed the triplets being born on Prince Harry (Henry)'s birthday, with a dialog complementing that, but when talking with Hermione about it, he seemed to say that she shared her birthday with the girls. I know that is only 4 days apart, but did I misread it? Other than that, I am enjoying this story very much. Thank you again. |
Guest chapter 1 . 10/29/2018 Good |
Cindra chapter 1 . 6/4/2018 You need to read Book 1 -HP Boy Who Lives Summer before 7th year first before reading this story and then you won't be confused as too who is who. Why certain characters are alive and kicking. And everything leading up to Book 2. This is absolutely without question Alternate Universe/Out of Character/Not Canon at all/Original characters abound/Happily Ever After. |

CPO Backstreet chapter 30 . 12/15/2012 Well, I enjoyed this better than the first one, mainly because the royal plotline was kept to a minimum. It does still seem to send out the message that "Female abuse of males is okay" though: Hermione beating Harry for a trivial reason isn't as funny as the story seems to think. I was hoping ageing Harry up would mean an end to the childish arguing but it just seemed to be a way of getting around cultural squeamishness about under-18s having sex. (The idea you can be imprisoned for premarital sex is slightly disturbing but wizarding laws in the books do seem rather draconian so it actually quite fits.) The story has some good ideas but it tends to meander a lot, seeming more like a series of disconnected events. It could do with focusing on just one idea but maybe it's meant to be a "year in the life" story and I'm missing the point. |
Monkeyman8290 chapter 20 . 4/15/2012 please note from this point on i do not mean to be offensive, however, i will try to explain why exactly i cannot continue reading this series. while you do make your characters come alive, in a fashion, they all seem to be the same few people... you could have 100 people in the same room and they actually be only 2 or 3 characters actually be present; the Angry Woman, the Man-who-lives-to-please-his-woman, and the wise elder. this gets on my nerves for a few reason, but i will just keep it short... all of your women are abusive. they abuse their husbands and then they get absolutely no lasting punishment. if that first S.I.N.G moment had happened to me if i was Harry, it would have gone more like this... Harry, using the training he received as an Auror stopped Hermione's blow before it made contact, then proceeded to harmlessly disable her. "Who do you think you are!" Harry yelled, confused that the woman he loved would, no matter how angry she got, would actually try to harm him. your women seem to treat the men they are with like dirt, and nothing happens to them because of it... you had such a great idea going, making Harry a Prince, and finally giving him the reward he so deserves for all of the hell he went through, but you just placed him in an abusive relationship with a woman who doesn't seem to give a damn, but cries when she realizes the horrible thing she has done, and that suddenly makes it all better... nothing is learned, its just pressing a reset button, the woman is still violent, and the men will not do anything to try and stop the violence against them. i will admit it took me quite some time before i realized this series fatal flaw, but it is still a fatal flaw, i have never been able to make it to the 4th piece in this series, because something always made me want to stop, and until recently, i could never put my finger on it. here is hoping that you learn from this, or try to explain why no one seems to care that the women involved are so violent towards the men they claim to love deeply. sincerely yours, Monkeyman8290 |
