Wow, this is so powerful and so sad. I love the way you write the transformation from Chip's eye-view; the vast new size of his room, a teapot with his mother's voice, and realizing how they've all changed - it's all as creepy and effective as something out of a horror movie. And oh, his dreams about running and playing really made me feel for him. Wonderful work.

Wow, a wonderful and poignant story from Chip's point of view-love everything about this, especially the line about him being like a "porcelain Peter Pan", which created a sad but vivid image in itself.

Interesting take on Chip's emotions towards the curse. Might be a little unfair to everyone else since Adam was at fault, but the creators had their reasons. An interesting read. :)

Aw, that's such a beautiful and tragic story! I've often wondered how the servants felt about their transformation, but I never really considered it from Chip's point of view as a little boy. I really like the part when all he wanted was a warm embrace, but all he had was cold porcelain. Poor little Chip.
