I love this whole arc, read both stories twice in one day. Can you think of doing a sequel or a side story? What about Dee meeting the rest of his family, and what is Bikky really thinking about the current state of Dee/Ryo's relationship?

I LOVED this story, and I loved it's Prequel - The Truth and Other Lies. You have a wonderful way with words, that is light, subtle and easy going, yet still manages to convey the deeper emotional context running through each scene.

I have 2 suggestions regarding this story however - In Chapter 4 you take great pains to express Dee struggling with the notion that he may not be the more powerful partner in the relationship between him and Ryo, and his struggles with issues of dominance and power. Yet this is something that you never mention again, which is a pity, because it was a very interesting path to the follow, one that I was looking forward to you exploring. Should you do any revisions, or do another sequal, it would be very interesting to see this line of thought continued.

Secondly - No offense meant, but the story does seem to wrap up a bit quickly. You bring up the notion of Dee's new family of additional sisters. It was probably a notion you could have further developed, seeing how Dee reacts to both his new sisters, and their feelings towards Ryo. And if he could handle his dealing with his sisters better than Ross, since none of them had openly pursued Ryo.

Once again, all of these were very interesting ideas that were hinted at. It would have been GREAT to see them further developed.

Either way, I hope you do continue with this storyline. It is one of the most fascinating FAKE stories out there I have read, all of the while keeping both Dee and Ryo very much in character.

A great sequel to your wonderful "Truth and other lies".

I stumbled over the FAKE Mangas only a few weeks ago, and I love the boys, each one of them. :-D

The connection you made from the little sentence in the Mangas, concerning Dee's and Ross's similarity, is a nice twist. I have never found a story that connected them in this way.
