I finished this one too! And I'm glad I did, I absolutely loved it! Honestly at first I was a bit disappointed to know the prequel has a sequel, not because I didn't like the ending or something, but because I had to read lots of chapters for a single story because of course I wanted to know the end. I very rarely read multichaps nowadays, well at least before you. But while reading this, I actually quite enjoyed it. You kept things interesting, I felt like I'm reading something new everytime. Esp when it came to the M scenes, I'm a very picky reader and I get bored easily (maybe I'm just lazy blah ;p) but yours kept me reading through and through. Your choices of words were good. I wasn't bombarded with vocabulary words (ya know, those too intelligent, uncommon words), but you used varieties that kept each scene new, either words or feelings, it's fresh everytime. I guess that's one of the greater things I liked in this story. Besides that, the plot is also great. The details, events, everything is well thought-out. I esp liked that before Sesshomaru had said to Rin that he hated Inuyasha, but then backing it up with more acceptable reasons like he hated everyone that had something to do with their father's death when Rin felt angry and hurt. But that hate just dissolved because eventually he realized that he understood their father's reasons and will willingly give up his life for Rin. That was really nice :) And I also loved it that he gave Inuyasha a place in the court. For Sesshomaru, that's saying something, A LOT. No matter if it's a SessRin story, I always love it when the sibling/brother relationship is portrayed in any way other than animosity/sibling rivalry. Another thing I like is that you didn't turn Rin into a real hanyou. Actually I don't like much the idea of Rin turning into something demon-ic, for me Sesshomaru accepted and bonded with her as a human and making her a demon just makes the essence of it all seem void. I'm just glad you didn't.

Anyway, sorry for the long review, but I hadn't reviewed this for the few weeks after I finished so now my thoughts are actually very much disorganized. But I hope they still made sense :D Now I'm actually reading multi-chaptered stories, thanks to you :D And thank you again for writing and sharing these two stories with us! :)
