n argument if you would; there are people with gifted minds, who is to say Salazar Slytherin isn't one of them? After all, he became a one of the founders of the most reknowned Magic Institution. Thousand of years ago may be so dangerous for wizards so some laws might not apply. For example, there are various spellwork and wards made in the present of HP that might not be known in the time of the founders. That is to say, Salazar Slytherin can be a sixteen year old man and built a school(mind you, with the help of the other 3 who may or may not have various powerful connections). Anyway, I rest my case and this is a fanfiction, the author can write whatever he or she wants. Sorry, just an opinion.

A sixteen year old person not only got education but constructed a school, lived happily for a few years and committed suicide and all that in sixteen years? Are you nuts?
