I admit, I don't particularly care about Doc Reyes. But with all the other legendary babes showing interest, how can anyone complain? And while I had guessed it was Marrow doing the clothes stealing, it hadn't even occurred to me it was two girls acting separately. That was worth a good laugh.

I was glad to see Willow is doing well despite her injury. While I've always had mixed feelings about her after she starts using mind magics, before that she's a decent sort and it's hard to see her suffer. So, thanks for not having her wallow in pain and misery. I was a little surprised there was no onscreen talk between her and Xander about Buffy and Sunnydale, so I'm assuming those conversations happened offscreen. Because it's pretty impossible to think he didn't ask and she didn't tell.

Ya know just once I would like to read a story of a person persecuted in the marvel world reacting like someone in our word.

If people pulled that kind of 180 there wouldn’t be just fear. There would also be a lot of anger. Especially towards those that hurt a loved one. I would fully expect people to start getting some violence thrown back at them.

Yes, I do realize that in some cases it would make the situation worse, but not everyone can be expected to do the turn the other cheek and martyrdom shtick every single time.

At least have him use some logic instead of doing the whole “putting up a brave face” thing. The marvel universe in regards to the X-men was always broken socially because in every other part of the universe those with extraordinary gifts were seen with wonder and excitement by all except for those in power.

Happily working my way through this, and so far I have one key thought. Magic swords don't grant wishes and make everything better? Sadness.

I love this story but besides a plot device to get willlow hurt and Xander out of town why didn't Xander ever use colored contacts? Pretty sure they existed in the late 90's going by the Buffy timeline. Definitely existed by the marvel one.

Meh, I prefer dimensional realities to fusion AUs for BtVS especially, since they already have dimensions as a convention, and if they really had bunches of superheroes in Buffy's world it would trivialize the demonic threats.

Plus the kinda bigotry you are ascribing to Xander's issues seems overdone.
