Why are they mistaking a klingon for an orc? Process of elimination, given that Worf obviously isn't an elf, man or dwarf? They don't look that much alike, and Starfleet uniform is hardly likely to be mistaken for orc garb.

Klingons and Orcs do kind of look alike! Anyway, you've got a really cool story going here, keep up the good work!

I am glad there is a sequel because there does seem to be something vaguely unresolved - but that's good yup because I like when stories don't resolve EVERYthing at the end.

I thought this story very much had the 'feel' of a Star Trek episode. But you were (mostly) respectful of your LotR characters as well, so it was fun! It just wasn't Middle Earth, because you can't get there by starship.

Thanks for the enjoyable story. I especially liked the out of the box plot twists. Too bad the Captain couldn't have flown Frodo and the Ring to Mordor. ;-)

This is easily one of the best fan fictions I have ever read. I'm a hard person to impress when it comes to these, but wow. Very good. And I'm not even done reading it!
