Ah boy, I love this. I've just re-read it for the nth time and it doesn't get old. I keep finding new nuggets and, despite the length, I keep wishing for more. You are such a talented writer. I’m ashamed to say that I’ve read your stories for years and this is my first review. I absolutely love Christy and all of her travels, all of her adventures. I’m currently rereading this story, I’m just about at the end of hellfire one and needed a bit of a break cause it’s heavy. Your writing is so impactful and emotional I can’t put it into words but I’m going to try. I’ve never been a big Xman fan but after reading your fics I actually gave the series a shot and really do enjoy it, though I like your Emma Frost more than the movie’s. Gargoyles was a bit before my time and I haven’t watched the cartoon but your fic introduced me to a whole world that I was aware of, even Trinity’s story was all consuming, and I would love to read the rest of her story. I’ve probably read every story you’ve post on this site. Even the ones for the shows I’ve never seen before. You write so well that you got me interested in Star Trek after my family tried to get me to watch it for YEARS.
I just want to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve written, I wouldn’t quite say you’ve saved my life but these stories have helped me though some of the hardest parts of it, I couldn’t thank you enough, just know that even now years after your last update that at least someone is here, enjoying your work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I wish you the best in you endeavors.

ouf ! this was well written and all but it was the hardest arc of the story I read. I hoped a little for this resolution but it took a long time to happen. thank you for your hard work.

wow this all part Hellfire was really difficult to read ! even with the warning. I think Christy learned from this world but the price is so hight ! hope that the next part will be better for Raven, Tessa Emma and our Christy.

ooh but why ? I am looking forward to reading this piece. the first one was really good ! X-Men are not my cup of tea but Christy hooked me to this tale ! thank you. now I need to read her journey to rejoin Emma, Her Queen.

I know you finished this fix a while ago but I saw the author’s note and decided to review. I see a lot of myself in raven, I’ve suffered similar trauma and actually made an attempt at suicide about a year ago. I have the scar running down my left wrist still, it’s faded, but it’s there. You really did your OC justice in writing this, I know it’s an AU, but I find myself crying while reading some parts of this. Her pain is so real, and it’s not often I find that in fics. I feel a lot of authors use sexual assault as a shock factor to keep their plot interesting, and it makes me feel sick to read it. I don’t get that feeling while reading this, it hurts to see someone else go through it (I know she’s a character but you make it seem so real) but it feels good to see her make progress with the trauma. I have a big issue with partners because I can’t stand the loss of control I feel fitting sex, it scares the shit out of me. It’s nice to see one of my favorite original characters goes through it too. Sorry if this is rant-ish. I really like your Christy Taylor fix’s and I just want to say thank you for writing such a complex and believable person. I fell down the rabbit hole after reading Floatation Device, and I’m really glad I took the time to read your other works. Sorry for the typos, I’m on mobile. Anyways, thank you.

Awe. This story made me loose so much time cause I could not stop reading it. I Just finished reading. This was an amazing odyssey. All the characters very well done through all the arcs. The Hellfire arc was hard to get through. The tone was so artfully done and the description was so hauntingly beautiful and horrible at the same time. The lines blurred so much there in its beginning. So well done and brutal. The recovery was so important as well. I lack the words to correctly describe my awe of your writing this story. A few minor typos and missed words here and there did not warrant much attention when the content had me effectively mesmerized and held captive. You know your material (even the dark bits and that really amazes me how well you seem to know it) and blended it wonderfully. Each character focused on felt well fleshed out. Even ones you dislike i.e. Scott "Lawful Stupid" Summers. Well done.

Wow just wow... It kind of sucks that your Christy stories don't have more favorites. You are a great writer and I just read through not my self and 500 miles back to back... Like that's crazy how enthralled I was by your writing. Also God damm the Hellfire club was just awful to read I can't imagine going back to read the darker versions of those chapters.

Anyways sorry I didn't post reviews for all your chapters but man you are an awesome writer I am defiantly going to read some of your other works.

I'm sorry, I had to pass the whole Hellfire arc...
I think I just discovered a new trigger, one of my worst actually... And it was only with the first chapter of the arc... You seemed to say it was worse in the following ones.
I do love your story though... Christy is an exeptional character in her depht imo, and I'm really upset I had to missed what seemed to be a big part of the story...
