Oh, my. The case studies keep getting better and better...

I love the case studies! I find it humorous when they start off really good, and then suddenly devolve into Mary-Sue-ness without any warning.

Case study 5 caught my eye. I wonder if there a story about that.

...I don't know either I want to cringing with horror or laughing hysterical laugh. At least the healer is a decent thing for case study.

In one of the chapters (with Boromir seeing his Mary Sue in battle), you use the word "defiantly" where it should definitely be "definitely". Was this deliberate? It is such a common mistake that I wasn't sure if you used it for parody or had made an honest mistake. Anyway, I love how you deconstruct the Mary Sue clichés in this series. Great job!

God, I have never hated Mary Sues more than now. I have been cured of writing about them, that more people were similarly affected. what do you do when your trying to write to the Canon character but the author made them a Mary Sue? how do we escape? Mary Sues really are nefarious. Anyway, I love it!

Fun. You're a pretty good author.

However, have you noticed how close to Mary Sue your self inserts are? Pretty much the Docile type, but thankfully not too many of the other traits. Even so, you write well enough that we don't really mind.

Though I'm not taking this story seriously as it is of the humour genre, I'm finding myself slightly disturbed with how many connections to different stories I am drawing from your descriptions

I object to the general bias against Mary sues. I had NO IDEA that I would find it in this fic. No idea at all.

And now I wonder if there are any unfortunate women who are actually named Mary Sue.
